We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was ideal as it was close to the airport, making our journey convenient and stress-free. We loved that it was right opposite a vibrant shopping mall with a wide range of restaurants to choose from. Additionally, there was a Thai Hawker center nearby where we enjoyed watching our meals being freshly prepared. The hotel's proximity to two stations on the airport link train made it easy for us to explore other parts of the city.
We highly recommend this hotel to families.

Our family had a wonderful stay at a modern hotel with friendly staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with air conditioning and modern bathrooms. We enjoyed the convenience of being right opposite 'Nine Centre' with lots of restaurants and a 24-hour supermarket. The hotel was also close to two stations on the airport link train, making day trips into the city easy and hassle-free.
It's unfortunate that the breakfast options were limited and not very appealing, but this didn't take away from the overall positive experience.

The staff was friendly and respectful. They made an effort to help us during our Christmas stay, even though the hotel was full. The hotel had nice facilities, such as an infinity-type swimming pool and a small but exquisite restaurant. The location was convenient and easy to access from the airport, making it a good option for overnight layovers or early morning flights.
The breakfast was very disappointing, with bland and unappetizing options. The noise level was high, as the windows seemed to be poorly insulated, and we could hear traffic and loud sounds from outside and from other rooms.

Spent Christmas at a hotel in Bangkok. Rooms were clean and modern, with A/C. Conveniently located near a shopping center with a variety of restaurants and a 24-hour supermarket. The hotel offers complimentary parking, which was a plus. Staff was helpful and friendly.
Complimentary breakfast wasn't great. Noise from outside was a bit loud, especially since the windows were single paned.
